Fasting is an eating strategy to be healthier, lose weight and live longer.
In my Daily routine Post, i explained how i workout my meal plan, and by 4.30 pm I’m not eating anything after, apart from water and green tea ( Genmaicha …. I’m obsessed with it !) until the next day at 8.30 am.
When it’s “workout day”, run plus exercise, i usually skip breakfast. Also, its proven that you burn more calories, i know some people like to have something before a workout so do what is best for you ! or some people like to skip dinner instead.
I know it’s sound crazy, especially for a fatty like me, who loves eating constantly !!!
