Bone Broth

Description:  Make your bone broth at home is so easy and the whole home smells delicious, it’s easy to store, in freezer and in the fridge when you need to wak up a chicken soup, a Vietnamese Pho, Bolognese sauce …. i also use it to cook my rice with and spaghetti.

  • Bones from beef or Chicken from grass fed ( your butcher will give you for free )
  • Celery
  • apple cider vinegar
  • carrots
  • onions
  • Star anis
  • cinnamon stick

Methode: In a slow cooker, put your bones, veggies in whole, spices and the vinegar, cover with water until the bones are covered. Cook it in slow for 24hours.

After, remove bones and legs, and and transfer to an other pot and strain the broth. When its clear, i usually transfer to 500ml pot and freeze and keep one in the fridge so i can use it straight away !!!
