- Chicken breast, diced in cube
- 2 big spoon of greek yogurt
- 2 big spoon of crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of fish sauce
- few dash of Shichimi
- 1tsp of mild curry powder
- chopped coriander
- 1 lime
In a mixing bowl, mixed all together the ingredients and leave it in the fridge over night,
1 hour before cooking, get the meat out and make some skewers.
Pre-heat your over to 200 degrees, cook it for 10 minutes and down the heat to 180C and cook for 20 minutes.
I like to serve it with new potatoes, and cauliflower rice. And a squeeze of lime on the top
