  • 2 big spoon of greek yogurt
  • 2 big spoon of crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp of fish sauce
  • few dash of Shichimi
  • 1tsp of mild curry powder
  • chopped coriander

Direction:

In a mixing bowl, mixed all together the ingredients and leave it in the fridge over night,

1 hour before cooking, get the meat out and make some skewers.

Pre-heat your over to 200 degrees, cook it for 10 minutes and down the heat to 180C and cook for 20 minutes.

    Hi G!
This Satay sauce sounds nice and easy, I should try it! I used to make my Satay sauce with peanuts butter, soy sauce and rice vinegar + brown sugar/honey +Chilli Bean Paste. I am sure Coconut milk helps the taste more ethnic but it wasn’t available where I lived.:-)
    Thanks for the tip.

    1. Hi M, thanks for your comment ! Yes coconut milk make it very creamy and tasty, you can use it instead of Greek yogurt but use a light one because it has a lot of saturated fat ! But thanks for the tip xx
      With love,
